Break-fast is the most important meal of the day. What we decide to eat for breakfast induces a huge difference for our health. We have abundance ways to get in a healthy breakfast to fuel our body. It prepares a proper initiation for a better day as well.
The following are the some of the basic form of a healthy breakfast: Whole grains:
It would include low-fat bran muffins, bagels, whole-grain rolls, crackers or Melba toast, hot or cold whole-grain cereals.
- Low-fat protein:
These would include lean meat, hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter, poultry or fish.
- Low-fat dairy:
It would include skim milk, cottage and natural cheeses, low-fat yogurt and low-fat cheeses.
- Fruits and vegetables:
